WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?
We ship items within 24-48 hours of purchase completed if you puchase an item over the weekend, we will confirm and ship our by the next business day.  We ship via
Canada Post and other shipping services if need be.

We can ship to other counties, please contact The Boyds Bears directly for inquiries.

Delivery standards are based on normal delivery conditions and are subject to change without notice. 
Once an order has been dispatched and collected by Canada Post, or any other shipping services, The Boyds Bears Shop no longer has any control over the handling and delivery times of the parcel.  If for some reason we are unable to dispatch your order within two days of receipt of your order The Boyds Bears Shop will contact you.

International Shipping – duties, taxes and fees

The receiver will be responsible for payment of duties, taxes and fees. In rare instances, these may be charged to a third party.   This will be set in the shippment label when it is created.
