A: Currently we are only shipping to Canada and the United States. Any other Countries need to contact Boyds Bears directly for questions. - Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: It depends on where you are. Items are ship within 24 – 48 hours of received order,
and are shipped through Canada Post. An email will be sent when the item ships. - Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
A: We use Canada Post for shipping. Do to the nature of the buisiness, we do use other shipping services if needed to get your package to you on time. - Q: Can I pay over the phone?
A: Sorry, currently we don’t accept any payment over phone. Please visit our website to pick your favorite items and finish your payment online. - Q: Is my payment on your site secure?
A: All online payments are safe and secured. Our website has created a secure transaction environment. A: If you are trying to checkout using credit card as your payment method but receiving an error, please go back and place an order again, your previous orders placed without payment will be canceled within 24 hours. Please check with your credit card company to ensure that your card wasn’t charged twice with the same transaction. - Q: What can I do, if I cannot place an order successfully online?

All sales are final, however if you have concerns about an item you’ve received, please contact us and we’ll be happy to work through the issue to the best of our abilities. - Q: Can I pick up my product?
